Shipping & Delivery Policy (UK)

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made from Love & Giggles Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) via this website. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
All orders are dispatched on our behalf by trusted fulfilment partners and nominated couriers. Think of this as our “virtual warehouse” service: your order is packed by dedicated dispatch staff and shipped using courier services selected based on size, weight, and delivery option chosen at checkout.
1. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
2. Delivery Options & Costs
Standard UK delivery is charged at £4.99 per order. Free standard shipping on orders over £100
Where available, you may also choose an optional upgraded delivery service at checkout (for example, tracked or express services). Any additional charges for delivery upgrades will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery services and carriers may include Royal Mail and DPD (or equivalent), depending on the delivery option selected, parcel size, and weight.
3. Dispatch Times
- In-stock items: usually dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).
- Out-of-stock items: where an item is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 7 days. If a longer delay occurs (for example, due to manufacturing or supplier delays), we will notify you by email as soon as we become aware.
Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen operational issues.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Courier delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (for example, severe weather, transport disruption, or peak seasonal demand).
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@loveandgiggles.co.uk and we will assist.
5. Tracking
If you select a tracked delivery option (where available), we will provide tracking information by email or within your order confirmation or account area.
Some economy services may not include tracking. If tracking is important to you, please select a tracked service at checkout (where available).
6. Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after the cut-off time for an express service may be dispatched the next working day. Cut-off times can vary by carrier or service and may be shown at checkout where relevant.
7. Delivery Address Responsibilities
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including postcode and any relevant access instructions.
We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failure to collect from a safe place, neighbour, or delivery office where applicable
- Refused deliveries
- Restricted access or entry issues
8. Missing Parcels / Lost in Transit
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loveandgiggles.co.uk. We will investigate with the carrier and follow the relevant claims process where the service selected includes compensation or claims.
If a non-tracked or uninsured delivery option is chosen (where available), our ability to investigate or claim compensation may be limited. For maximum protection, we recommend selecting a tracked or insured delivery option at checkout (where available).
9. Damaged Parcels / Discrepancies
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 36 hours of delivery to help us investigate with the carrier. This timeframe does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the outer packaging (including labels), internal packaging, and the item(s)
10. Returns Shipping Costs
Returns shipping costs are covered in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Standard delivery charges (£3.99) are not refundable once the order has been dispatched. Optional delivery upgrade charges (where offered) are generally non-refundable once the service has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
